Boat Show Gallery Policies

If your question is not answered here to your satisfaction, send an e-mail and we'll respond promptly.

 
What is your "NO-Hassle Return Policy"?
 
If, for any reason, the client is not satisfied with their website purchase, they may return it for a full refund.
 
Requirements and Procedures:
 
1. The client must notify the Boat Show Gallery of return intention within seven days of receipt notification.
 
2. The client must ship the artwork back to the artist, insured, and at the client's expense, within 5 business
     days of return notification.
 
3. The Gallery will return the client's funds, less the original insurance and shipping costs, upon receipt
     notification of  returned artwork.
 
4. The original insurance and shipping costs will be returned to the artist.
 
How does this gallery work? How do I get my art?

Ordering from Boat Show Gallery is a simple process. Just click the order button on the piece you want. When you get to the shopping cart page you will be prompted to enter your name, address, and method of payment.

We will send you a confirmation email with information about shipping dates, etc. If you have any questions,
just send us an e-mail.
 
Pricing Policy
For ordering simplicity, all listed prices include the retail price plus shipping and insurance charges.
 
 
Privacy Policy
At Boat Show Gallery , we are committed to protecting your privacy. All information received from our customers will be used to process orders and answer questions. We do not sell, rent or otherwise distribute our customer lists. If there are questions regarding your order, Boat Show Gallery will contact the customer either by e-mail or telephone.
